Gareth here. Earlier today we resumed our cruise and departed again from Newport, Oregon. The ship's blown generator has been fully repaired and tested, we're re-fueled, and have stocked up on supplies. In the five days since we returned to port for repairs the science party dispersed on various expeditions to nearby sightseeing destinations (more on our "summer vacations" in a later post).
