Using Humor at the Doctor's Office

Even though humor heals, a doctor's office might be the last place you expect to hear a joke. Doctors are known as a serious bunch, but Dr. Suzanne Koven says a little laughter during an appointment could benefit both the patient and the physician. She joined Boston Public Radio to talk about using humor with her own patients, and the positive effects it can have.
