The State of the Employed
Though unemployment is high, some job seekers are finding work. What kind of work is it? How long are people staying in their jobs? We've heard many stories about the unemployed during the recession, but on Monday Callie Crossley looked at the state of the employed on Boston Public Radio.
Steve Poftak, the executive director of the Rappaport Institute for Greater Boston at the Harvard Kennedy School, joined us to give us a glimpse at the human face behind employment statistics.
