U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry made an impassioned plea on Capitol Hill on Tuesday, asking Congress to support holding Syria accountable for a deadly sarin gas attack on its own citizens, an action he described as "crossing a line of conscience."

MIT professor of security studies Jim Walsh and Tufts University associate professor of international security William Martel joined Greater Boston to discuss Kerry's appeal to Congress and what to do in Syria.
