Congress To Decide US Involvement In Syria As World Watches

Pres. Obama has announced his intention to have Congress vote on whether to use the US military in Syria after alleged chemical weapons attacks.

Pres. Obama and lawmakers are wrestling with the idea of intervention in Syria. CNN's John King and Harvard professor Nancy Koehn analyzed the predicament, from international reaction, to an assessment of the President's leadership.
