Boston Cracks Down On Off-Campus Student Housing Inspections

The death of a Boston University student in an Allston home with only one exit called attention to the issue of substandard off-campus student housing. Now, just three weeks before thousands of college students return to Boston, the city says it’s already cracking down on problem properties.
