It’s been a month since explosions at the Boston Marathon set off a chain of unforeseen events. People were hurt and killed; a manhunt and citywide shutdown ensued. After the alleged perpetrators were cornered, the slow unraveling of events leading up to the marathon ensued. Questions were raised, explanations sought.

• Jim Braude and Emily Rooney hosted another edition of "Ask the Governor" with Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick.
• Could more have been done to prevent the Marathon bombings? A hearing was held in Congress today to address it. 
• The family of Martin Richard — the seven-year-old killed in the Boston Marathon bombing — released a statement on the medical condition of other Richard family members also hurt in the blast. Jim and Emily talked about the statement, and took calls.

The manager of The One Fund Boston said he has not ruled out compensation for the businesses affected by the Boston Marathon bombings.

"I Knew You Were Trouble" is the latest offering from singer-superstar Taylor Swift. The song currently sits at #19 on the Billboard Hot 100. A pair of local violinists have capitalized on Swift's song, turning their cover into a hit in its own right. Here are Rhett Price and Josh Knowles with a remix of "I Knew You Were Trouble."
